There is no way a time spent in Mexico could have been more perfect.  I'm sure that anyone from one of the big resorts would have given anything to be where we were.  Casa Del Sol is a very special place and the ten days we spent there with our family was very special.  In fact, it is so perfect that the Apple computer store asked me if they could use the pictures we have as the demonstration screens for their store.  Your location made out 50th anniversary celebration both unique and special.  Jack and Kelly are special people too.  They were incredibly helpful and pleasant.  There is no way on this earth that there is a better location for a wonderful vacation for a family.  We were from 4 years old to 72 years old and every minute was filled with fun for each of us.   Casa Del Sol is so perfect that none of the 14 of us ever spoke a cross word to anyone else.

I wanted to thank you for renting your house to us, along with two other couples.  It was our first time to this region of Mexico, and we truly enjoyed our trip as well as your house.  Even though you created a web site to view your home, we were still a little skeptical of what we might encounter upon arrival.  When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised at the accommodations and the amenities.  From the layout of the home, to the pool, to the private palapa on the beach, it was truly enjoyable.

We found the house to very accessible from the main highway and well situated to visit areas such as Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen.  We spent most of our time in these two areas, and enjoyed what they had to offer.  In addition, we wanted to say the Carlos was a great help in setting up activities for us.  He was a great resource to have down there, as well as being a great guy. 

We would go back again anytime, but I wanted to take the time and thank you for allowing us to utilize your home in Playa Paraiso.  It was a great trip.  Thanks.

My family and I recently took our first trip to Mexico and stayed in Casa Del Sol.   Not only were we enthralled with the Mayan Rivera but your home was breathtaking.  

We enjoyed poolside massages, swimming in the beautiful pool, admiring the ocean from our private palapa and enjoying the cool September evenings sitting beside the pool. The home had everything to make our stay memorable.

We hope to make Mexico a yearly trip and will definitely contact you in the future for accommodations.   Thank you for providing such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere for vacationers to enjoy.

Let me begin with a HUGE thanks from my whole family.  We had a wonderful time staying at your house in Playa Paraiso.  The house was absolutely gorgeous, and the property and beach were stunning. 

There was a feeling of great privacy on the property, unlike a hotel with countless amounts of visitors.  And, with the community being located between two beautiful hotels, we had the convience of using the hotel anemities, such as parasailing, jet skiing and golfing when ever we wanted without having to travel far; not to mention the 24 hour medical service available at one of the hotels (you  never know when you might need a doctor). 

The location of the house was also extremely convenient when taking day trips to Cancun, other attractions in the Mayan Riviera area, or even the local supermarket.   In addition, the caretakers of the house were especially helpful and caring.  They and really made us feel at home.  Once again, thank you so much for the use of your house.  We would most definitely recommend others to stay there when visiting this beautiful area of Mexico.

We are writing this letter to let you know how pleased we were with your rental home, Casa del Sol, in Playa Paraiso.

Our party included 14 people, which consisted of my family, my sister’s family and our mother.  We were very pleased to have two separate homes within the home.  We would come together for meals, games and to just hang out around the pool but it was also nice to go our separate ways when we wanted our own space.

The home was immaculately kept and very spacious.  The housekeeper came in twice during our stay and did a very thorough job.  Towels were washed, beds were changed, and the house was spotless when she left.  She was also very pleasant to talk with.

Kelly, the property manager, was the best part of the deal!  She made herself available whenever we needed her and was more than willing to show us around the house and help us with directions, suggestions and guidance in making our trip successful.

Regarding the home itself, we were all very pleased with the décor and the openness of the floor plan.  We spent many hours under the palapas and in the top balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea.  Throughout the house was beautiful tile and light colored woodwork that made you feel very welcome and totally comfortable.  We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the elegance of the master suite was breathtaking.  The master suite has its own balcony overlooking the pool area and Caribbean Sea.  The other master suite also had its own balcony as well with the same view.  All rooms were air conditioned so the humidity of August did not bother us.

The pool was clean, clear and very refreshing after a hot, humid day at the ruins.  My grandson (age 10) spent most of our vacation in the pool, playing with the pool toys and laying on the floating devices.  The grounds were well manicured and professionally landscaped.  It was the best looking home in the neighborhood, in our opinion.

When we wanted a change in scenery, we would take the quick walk to get to the beach.  This property is not “beach front”; however, the beach was within a very short walking distance.  Our property was the only one with the palapa and beach toys.  We felt very special and enjoyed using the boogie boards to catch the big waves.  My grandson and I tried to get the kite to work but the wind was too strong.  Having the beach toys was very fun!  My sister and I read books one afternoon under the palapa, on the beach, overlooking the Caribbean Sea in the hammocks.  Talk about paradise on earth!

Thank you for the free phone service that helped us keep in touch with the people we left behind.  That was very nice.  Not much was on cable T.V. but who wants to watch T.V. anyway when you’ve got so many other things to do.

All in all, I would rate our experience with you and your rental an A .  It was very pleasant working with you on the arrangements and everything you promised came true.  If you would like to use us as a reference for prospective renters, please feel free to give them our email address.
